I think this senryu is pretty interesting because it can be interpreted in many different ways. Some people might interpret it as an angry mom answering the phone after it has been rang for a long period of time, she is angry because nobody bothered to answer the phone. I was not really sure what the last verb もらいません was trying to indicate here.
Maybe it would be a good idea to put English translation next to your original senryu. :)
